At Dumas Bay, the simple yet comfortable guest rooms are a reflection of the Centre’s distinctive past. Built in 1956 as a convent and women's retreat center, these rooms once housed the Sisters of Visitation. Today, the serene natural setting and cozy atmosphere continue to promote inspiration and reflection.
There are no televisions or telephones in the guest rooms. For those who want to stay connected, they offer free Wifi throughout the building. There are also several lounge areas, perfect for playing games, watching TV, visiting with colleagues or reading quietly.
All rooms are private, single-occupancy rooms. While most rooms have a single bed, there are a number with full-sized beds. All rooms include a sink and a small number have toilets. All rooms have access to conveniently located showers.
Three guest rooms on the first floor are ADA handicapped. About half the rooms are located on the second floor, and there is no elevator. If you have mobility concerns please request a first floor room.
All room prices are the same and rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, unless we have received a request for a special accommodation type. Requests for a specific room type should be sent to email@example.com
We will do our best to accommodate guest choices; after all special needs requests are met. The best way to ensure you receive the room type you desire is to book early!
