Service Phase

  1. Provide an orientation/training on your CAC program to your new CAC member.
  2. VERY IMPORTANT: Review and understand the CAC Member Service Phase expectations as detailed on the CAC Member Service Phase Info Page
  3. Approve your member's monthly timelog by the 5th of each month in the On-Corps system. (Site Supervisor Timesheet Video Tutorial)
  4. Oversee CAC Assessments as required and detailed on program calendar (WA/OR).
  5. In December, complete a member Mid-Term Evaluation on your AmeriCorps member and send to WACC/ORCC.
  6. Oversee your AmeriCorps members efforts in coordinating and recruiting volunteers for National Days of Service activities: Make a Difference Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, and AmeriCorps week
  7. Meet atleast weekly with your AmeriCorps member and provide your CAC member supervisory support.
