Hosted by Gonzaga University's Mentoring Programs at Shaw Middle School, Spokane. Mentors and mentees participate in team building and leadership activities designed to show one how to work effectively with others and discover leadership potential.
3 Colleges Tour: Gonzaga University, Spokane Community College, and Whitworth University, April 14th
Hosted by Gonzaga University's Mentoring Programs. Mentors and mentees (middle school students) have lunch at Gonzaga University and then take a tour of the three campuses.

S.W.A.G. Leadership Conference, March 31
Hosted by the Multicultural Student Mentor Program at Washington State University, This is a student planned leadership conference assisting freshmen and transefer students with their continued education at WSU. S.W.A. G. (Students Wanting to Achieve Greatness) consists of workshops and performances by student organizations and a keynote speaker-all with the intention of inspiring students to graduate and succeed at WSU and expose them to cross-cultural experience. Workshop topics include academic issues such as the certification process of many colleges, getting involved and the importance of life outside of academics.

Topic: Negative Effects of Substance Abuse and the Importance of Healthy Habits. Activities: Interactive Website Review, "Drunk" Goggles Experiment and small group discussions with mentors.
Scholarships Casino Event, January 11
Hosted by Big Bend Community College. Campus partners showed up intheir Casino 'garb' and had their perspective scholarship packets, deadlines, ect. for students. Organizers also included BBCC's Scholarship Foundation as part of the event.
