You may pay with:
- a credit card (Visa or MasterCard only)
- a check (personal or institution)
- cash
(Sorry, no purchase orders.)
Please note:
Due to state regulations, we cannot accept purchasing cards from Washington state agencies (i.e., Washington state universities and community colleges, and other state agencies).
We can accept purchasing cards from all private institutions and state agencies in other states.
ADA Accommodations: To request an ADA accommodation, submit an email request to COS.Info@wwu.edu on or before March 17, 2008. The email subject line needs to read, “ADA Accommodation Request - COS 2008". Please also be sure to indicate the ADA accommodation needed on the conference registration form and submit it on or before March 17, 2008.
Funding: Many of you have asked for advice on approaching local organizations, foundations, businesses, etc about sponsoring your attendance to the Conference. The following are suggested ideas that may be useful:
- Prepare short statement on how attendance at the Conference can enhance/support your current work
- Ask your President or Dean to support your attendance
- Contact organizations that you have personally worked with in the past AND
- Use this opportunity to cultivate a relationship for next year’s Conference and/or to support the work that you are currently doing in your campus/community
- Work with your university/college Foundation. This can help build a relationship with the Foundation as well as organizations you would like to work with
