- At 5:00 p.m. today, TVW will replay the opening plenary session of the Washington State Service Summit. The segment includes the welcome by Adam Cornell, Chair of the Washington Commission for National and Community Service; remarks by Governor Chris Gregoire on "Service as a Strategy to Address Critical Community Issues"; a plenary panel on "Service as a Strategy for Meeting Community Needs"; and a presentation on the Edward M.
