Enrollment Package for NEW AmeriCorps Members
Enrollment Package for RETURNING AmeriCorps Members
Step 1: Inquire and interview at a participating Retention Project campus or apply nationally by completing an online application (below):
- (WA campuses) AmeriCorps online application
- (OR campuses) AmeriCorps online application
Step 2: You must complete enrollment paperwork as soon as possible and give back to your site supervisor
(NOTE: Site Supervisor (or campus Human Resources Dept) must complete the AmeriCorps member's I-9 Form before mailing the original enrollment paperwork to WA or OR Campus Compact)
Step 3: If you will be serving middle or high school students, seniors over 60 years of age, or disabled veterans (vulnerable population) then you will need to schedule or better yet, complete an FBI fingerprint check before July 15, 2013:
- (for Washington campuses) complete an FBI fingerprint check with Fieldprint. Once you are emailed your results, you will need to immediately send the results to your site supervisor.
- (for Oregon campuses) complete criminal record check procedure as detailed by Oregon Campus Compact.
Your official start date at your WA campus site is August 1, 2013. Please contact your site supervisor with the details of your start date.
